Tube bending is done on a hybrid CNC bending machine. This allows us to produce a consistent-bend part with a minimum of operator input. We can provide tubing bent up to 1.855" diameter x 12 gauge up to 10.5" center line diameter. Past and present tube bending projects include forming conduit for subway rails and carbon steel tubing formed to make chair legs. These legs are then robotically welded together to form a chair frame. Some chair frames are formed entirely on the tube bender, only the seat nest and back tabs being welded on to complete the frame prior to powder coating.
